Head Up, Eyes Forward

I’d like to share with you a post from another blog I follow today. Lisbeth Darth was the social media guru at crossfit and now writes for herself and as a gun for hire! Regardless of your thoughts on crossfit, Lisbeth has a fantastic blog well worth following. My thoughts are as follows – CrossFit has done far more good than bad in the fitness industry and is well worth giving a go if you want to give your fitness 7 strength a boost.

We bring so much on ourselves. We get some thought in our head and we dwell on it, dwell on it, dwell on it … until we have a problem. We don’t really have a problem, but we’ve convinced ourselves that we have a problem, so guess what? Now we have a problem.

Ever do this in the gym?

Then stop it.

Learn what you can from a bad lift and move on. Learn what you can from anything that happens in your life, and move forward, upward, onward … anywhere but the same spot, brooding on your troubles. Your perceived troubles.
